This was posted to me YouTube account a couple of weeks ago, but I'm now finally getting around to posting it here. The Big Convoy repaint for the Transformers Universe line, in my opinion, is much better than Big Convoy himself. I bought this guy purely for the robot mode. Nemesis Prime displays very nicely, I should add.

Music Label Optimus Prime
One of the more interesting Convoy figures in my collection. I bought this purely for the G1 cartoon sculpted head.

A small batch of reviews
Here's a small batch of some more reviews. If this were a programme, I'd say they'd conclude my first series. Expect subsequent reviews to be a bit... different. :)

Tarantulas
While Pikatron takes a look at the newer toys, I thought it'd be nice if I balanced that out by showing off the toys from Transformers 25 years of history. The first toy from the past I'd like to show everyone is Beast Wars Transmetal Tarantulas.

Go beyond the impossible and kick reason to the curb!

Where is Gurren Lagann on Blu-Ray?
I bought the newly release LE DVD box off Amazon to support Gurren Lagann, only for Bandai to discontinue this release. Now I have to buy the older DVD releases. =(
So please, let there be Gurren Lagann on Blu-Ray!

One Episode Left
Only one episode remains to be shown for Transformers Animated. I'm disappointed with it going away, as I feel that it didn't have enough episodes to really get any significant story in motion. A lot of the first season were one-off episodes with crappy human villains. In my opinion the Autobots shouldn't lower themselves to crime fighters - they should deal with bigger problems, namely the Decepticons.
The main story arc for Transformers Animated didn't really start until the end of the second season. Which left the third and final season to finish it. It just feels like we barely got to know the Transformers Animated universe. I just wish that the creators had more episodes to work with.
